Knitting for Beginners will cover the basics: casting on and off; knit and purl stitches, and simple combinations. We'll make several samples for practice, and then work on individual projects!

Materials List:

4mm straight needles (metal, wood, or bamboo)
Ball of yarn, worsted weight (200-250 yards/metres -check the label for the crossed knitting needles, to make sure your yarn is the right weight for 4 mm needles!)
