Thank you for your interest! Like many public activities today, we are cancelling this event due to the weather. We are looking at options to reschedule.
Button Factory Arts Centre is organizing a panel discussion with Waterloo candidates in the upcoming provincial election on the topic of The Role of Arts and Creative Industries for Building Liveable Cities.
We have asked local arts organizations to submit questions for candidates which we will summarize in a way that captures the key overarching themes. We will also be opening the discussion to questions from the floor, for the benefit of attendees.
These questions are intended to represent the broader community, though the event itself will primarily be for residents in the Waterloo riding. If you’re not in the Waterloo riding and are interested in attending, please let us know and we’ll be sure to reach out if seats are still available.
Thanks so much for considering adding your voice to this very important topic.
